Apprentice Level 1 – Entry-Level Apprentice

Apprentice Level 1 is an entry-level position designed to introduce new apprentices to the electrical trade. The focus is on orientation, safety practices, and building a foundational understanding of tools, equipment, and worksite expectations.

Apprentice Level 2 – Junior Apprentice

Apprentice Level 2 builds on foundational knowledge by focusing on hands-on learning, independent work on simple tasks, and applying basic electrical codes in daily work.

Apprentice Level 3 – Intermediate Apprentice

Apprentice Level 3 focuses on performing standard installations, troubleshooting moderate electrical issues, and mentoring junior apprentices while strengthening technical knowledge and efficiency.

Apprentice Level 4 – Senior Apprentice

Apprentice Level 4 emphasizes leadership, project coordination, and advanced installations while preparing for journeyman-level responsibilities.

Apprentice Level 5 – Pre-Journeyman / Final-Year Apprentice

Apprentice Level 5 prepares apprentices for full journeyman responsibilities, emphasizing advanced troubleshooting, independent project management, and exam readiness.

Journeyman Level 1 – Entry Journeyman

Journeyman Level 1 is the entry stage for licensed electricians transitioning from apprentice to journeyman responsibilities. The focus is on applying training in real-world conditions while working independently on standard residential tasks.

Journeyman Level 2 – Skilled Journeyman

Journeyman Level 2 focuses on building speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills while managing more complex installations and minor project coordination.

Journeyman Level 3 – Experienced Journeyman

Journeyman Level 3 emphasizes advanced troubleshooting, efficient installations, and consistent leadership in field operations.

Journeyman Level 4 – Senior Journeyman

Journeyman Level 4 takes on significant leadership responsibilities, coordinating projects, managing crews, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Journeyman Level 5 – Lead Journeyman

Journeyman Level 5 represents the highest level of journeyman responsibility, with mastery of residential electrical systems, strong leadership, and project management capability.

Customer Service Representative 1 (Entry-Level)

Customer Service Representative I is an entry-level role focused on learning core administrative and customer support tasks. The position emphasizes professionalism, organization, and building strong communication habits to provide excellent first impressions for clients.

Customer Service Representative 2 (Intermediate)

Customer Service Representative II is a mid-level role with increased independence and responsibility for customer interactions, scheduling, and operational support.

Customer Service Representative 3 (Senior)

Customer Service Representative III is a senior role responsible for overseeing customer service operations, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, project teams, and leadership.

Project Coordinator – Electrical Contracting

The Project Coordinator supports efficient execution of electrical service, new construction, remodeling, and generator projects through accurate scheduling, documentation, customer communication, and administrative coordination.

Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees assigned electrical projects from approval through completion, ensuring effective scheduling, budget oversight, customer communication, quality workmanship, and timely project closeout.
